A small team in discussion around a laptop, one taking notes

Know what to address first.

The Performance Picture is a ten-working-day assessment of how performance is managed in your business. We bring together your view, your team’s experience and your records to identify the gaps and recommend next steps.

About 2½ hours of your time across the ten days. An assessment of management practices, not a rating of individual employees.

The ten working days

  1. BeforeScope, fee, dates, confidentiality. You record your guess.
  2. Days 1–5Interviews with you and each manager. Anonymous staff survey. Records review.
  3. Days 6–9Two assessors score the six conditions separately, then agree.
  4. Day 10Private readout of your Performance Picture.

Every score needs evidence.

We ask about actual practices and examples. Scores use written descriptions of each level and draw on interviews, staff responses and records.

Follow-up PACE Checks use the same framework so you can compare practices over time.

Hear your team’s experience.

The staff survey is anonymous. Talentos holds the responses and reports results only for groups of five or more. Survey comments are not attributed to individuals.
